Vastu is a traditional Hindu system of design based on directional alignments. In Indian architecture, the dwelling is itself a shrine.The more energy you put into our homes/work spaces the more they will work for you. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese system of aesthetics to help one improve life by receiving positive chi. Feng Shui seeks to achieve a balance, harmony, peace and prosperity in your life through simple but effective changes in your surroundings.

4. 3D Modeling and Visualization

Here we provide a realistic computer generated image of your desired scheme. This 3D visualization of your space includes all architectural and interior items, such as furniture, lighting, fixtures and fittings. Cost: £150 per visual

5. Contracts and planning permission

Here we help you prepare all the necessary documentation required by the planning authorities for an extension or construction project. We also provide full specification documents for sub-contractors and project managers. These typically include detailed instructions to the contractor, tender forms, construction documents and specifications.
